What area Super House Cleaning Limited covers?
We cover all areas of Whitefield, Radcliffe, part of Prestwich and Bury and for a one time clean we cover most area of Manchester.
What residential cleaning services do you provide?
We do commercials,buildings, communal areas,private houses, flats,apartments,bungalow and student houses.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes all our cleaners are insured except for outside work.
Can I have the same cleaner every week?
Yes we do try to send same cleaner every time unless due to unforeseen circumstances we have to send someone else from time to time if needed.
Can I specify the day the housekeeper comes?
Yes you can as long as we got availability.
Can I meet the housekeeper first?
Yes of course you can.
What do I do if the cleaner does not turn up?
We will always let you know if there is cancellations beyond our control and we will try to give alternative days if we can.
Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products and materials?
The employer will be responsible for the cleaning products and materials as we do charge extra if we our using our own cleaning materials.
Can my cleaner come when I am at work?
Yes definitely you can do.
Are there a minimum number of hours per visit?
Our minimum hours for a regular cleaning is 3 hours.
What if i go holiday do i still need to pay?
Yes if you go more than 1 week you have to pay the cleaning for you to be able to keep your slot.
What if i cancel the cleaning last minute?
less than 24 hours full payment
Less than 48 hours half payment
More than 48 hours no payment
